10 reasons to smile

  1. Smiling makes us attractive. Think about it, if you are around someone who smiles a lot aren’t you more drawn to them then someone with a scowl on their face?
  2. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System. Smiling can also boost your overall health. The act of smiling actually helps the human immune system to function more effectively. It is thought that when you smile, immune function improves because you are more relaxed (thanks to the release of certain neurotransmitters). In addition to taking precautions like washing your hands, why not try to prevent the cold and flu by smiling? (I’m going to try this out I read that in an article on a website called About Health)
  3. Smiling makes you more positive.
  4. Smiling makes you feel less lonely.
  5. Smiling can lead to laughter.
  6. Smiling can de-stree your soul.
  7. Smiling makes you more confident.
  8. Smiling requires less effort than frowning because fewer facial muscles are used. Classic.
  9. Smile because you are loved! Worthy! Desired! Wanted. Appreciated. Beautiful!
  10. Babies are born with the ability to smile: Babies learn a lot of behaviors and sounds from watching the people around them, but scientists believe that all babies are born with the ability, since even blind babies smile. So if I baby can do it why shouldn’t we?
